WE'LL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A BUILDING TO ACCOMODATE ALL BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

  RENTOKIL HEALTHCARE

“People are our greatest asset” goes the business jargon. Staff at Rentokil Healthcare are hard at it from 7:30am to 7:00 pm or later. Building-by-building we're convincing management of the benefits of providing a BBQ and deck recreation area for staff to socialise, and take a productive break outdoors. The main benefit of course is improved communication. The value of “did you know…” creates opportunity, and oils the people wheels. Taking legislation on smoking into account, the deck assures smokers they're not second-class employees.
LIEBHERR

First impressions count. The common sense layout came from careful work with the client studying customer's requirements when they walk through the door. No signs needed. The spares desk is instantly recognisable. It's the same with the reception, waiting area, and so on into the operating bowels of the organisation. Homework and expert layout comes together in finally creating the stunning ambience that works well, is inviting and highly professional. “Best place I've ever worked in” is the summary of parts person Richard Campbell.
NEPEAN ENGINEERING

Sparks have been flying for 31 years for our long-standing customer. Owner-operator, Big John has weathered the storms of recessions and boom times in 654 sqm of no-nonsense workspace. To him, quality means fitness for purpose and a quick response if the roof leaks. Constant improvement is putting in the maintenance and managing the site better. John thinks of the building as a big tool, a means to productive effort. In 2003 Nepean renewed the four-year lease for the seventh time.
WOODS GLASS

Gantry cranes are the key to space utilization in the glass business. Performance is achieved with specialised fitout. “Value for money is what we're after,” says Ian Meadows, company manager. “We want any problems dealt with promptly, so we can just get on with the business”. Woods need flexibility to operate in the competitive construction business. That means opening up walls, erecting others, ripping out landscaping, changing layout, creating new offices. After 10 years they've renewed for a further six.
